1. About Entertainable

EntertainableMe is a discovery and connection platform designed to help users create profiles, explore listings, connect with others, and engage within the entertainment and creative industries.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Entertainable.

If you are under the age of 18, you represent and warrant that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.

By using Entertainable, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Entertainable is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard login credentials.

4. Platform Roles

Users may participate as:

• Listers (Free or Premium)
• Searchers
• Groupies (Followers)

Each role provides different access and capabilities as described on the Platform.

5. Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all content you post, upload, or share.

All on-platform content must be appropriate for a general audience.

You agree not to post or share:

• Pornographic or explicit sexual content
• Extreme or fetishized material
• Hate speech or harassment
• Illegal, deceptive, or exploitative content
• Impersonation or misrepresentation

External links may be included at your discretion. Entertainable does not control off-platform content.

6. Messaging and Communication

Messaging occurs through Entertainable's internal system.

• Messaging is free after a connection is established
• Users control who they communicate with
• Users may block or disconnect from others

Entertainable does not monitor private messages by default.

7. Opportunity Board

The Opportunity Board allows users to post or view opportunities.

8. Support This Creator

If available, the "Support This Creator" feature allows users to voluntarily provide financial support to others.

Entertainable:

• Provides platform access only
• Does not guarantee delivery of goods or services
• Does not act as escrow or intermediary

A platform service fee may apply in addition to third-party processing fees.

All support is voluntary and non-refundable.

9. Fees and Payments

Some features may require payment. You agree that:

• All fees are disclosed before purchase
• Payments are processed through third-party providers
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Entertainable may modify pricing at any time.

10. No Guarantees

Entertainable provides tools for discovery and communication only.

11. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content are owned by Entertainable or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit platform content without permission.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

Entertainable may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion if:

• These Terms are violated
• Community Guidelines are breached
• Activity threatens platform integrity or safety

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entertainable is not liable for:

• User conduct
• Content posted by others
• Lost opportunities
• Financial loss
• Off-platform interactions

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Entertainable from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your content
• Your interactions with other users

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Allowed Content and Behavior

You may use Entertainable to:

• Create profiles showcasing creative, professional, or service-based offerings
• Share public-friendly images, videos, descriptions, and links
• Communicate respectfully through the internal messaging system
• Follow, connect with, and support other users
• Promote legitimate services, performances, projects, or opportunities
• Link to external websites or platforms (subject to user discretion)

Content Standards

Public-Friendly Requirement

All on-platform content must be suitable for a general audience, including teens. This includes:

• Profile photos and media
• Written descriptions
• Opportunity postings
• Messages sent through the Platform

Creative, artistic, and expressive content is welcome as long as it remains public-friendly.

Not Allowed on the Platform

The following are not permitted directly on Entertainable:

• Pornographic or explicit sexual content
• Graphic nudity intended for sexual arousal
• Extreme or fetishized content
• Sexual solicitation or escorting
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Threats, intimidation, or harassment
• Exploitation, trafficking, or illegal activity
• Non-consensual content
• Impersonation or false representation
• Spam, scams, or deceptive practices

External Links

Users may link to external platforms or websites from their profile.

Entertainable does not control or endorse off-platform content.

Users choose whether to visit external links at their own discretion.

Harassment and Safety

Harassment of any kind is not tolerated.

Users may:

• Block or mute other users
• Decline or remove connections
• Control who can contact them

If a user experiences repeated harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior, they may report it to Entertainable.

Entertainable reserves the right to review reports and take action when necessary to protect the community.

Messaging and Interactions

• Messaging occurs through Entertainable's internal system
• Entertainable does not monitor private conversations by default
• Users are responsible for their communications
• Misuse of messaging for harassment or exploitation may result in account action

Enforcement and Violations

Violations of these Guidelines may result in:

• Content removal
• Feature limitations
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account removal

Actions are taken at Entertainable's discretion to protect the integrity and safety of the Platform.

Our Role as a Platform

EntertainableMe is a discovery and connection platform, not a booking agent, employer, or intermediary.

We provide tools for:

• Community participation

All decisions, interactions, and outcomes remain directly between users.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Their decisions to connect, collaborate, or provide support

We encourage users to:

• Set personal boundaries
• Only engage in situations they are comfortable with

Reporting Concerns

If a user experiences:

• Harassment
• Repeated unwanted contact
• Abusive behavior
• Inappropriate content

They may report the issue to Entertainable for review.

Reports help us identify patterns and protect the broader community.
